We strive to create products that will last for a lifetime. As we continue this journey, we are continuously modifying and improving our production and processes. If you experience any production flaws or construction issues, please send us an email at
wecare@jazayn.com and we will get a replacement for you. Our lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care or neglect.

RETURN POLICY

Upon receiving it, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damages, size discrepancies, or errors; we will arrange for an immediate replacement. Jazayn will honor returns within 7 days of the purchase date but will not accept used or laundered returns.
We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
