We strive to create products that will last for a lifetime. As we continue this journey, we are continuously modifying and improving our production and processes. If you experience any production flaws or construction issues, please send us an email to
wecare@jazayn.com and we will get a replacement for you. Our lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care or neglect.
RETURN POLICY

Upon receiving , please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damages, size discrepancies or errors; we will arrange for an immediate replacement. Jazayn will honor returns within 7 days of the purchase date but will not accept used or laundered returns.
We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
